Florida Discretionary Sales Surtax plugin?

    We currently have a Drupal website using Ubercart as our e-commerce system. We are considering a redesign of the site using WordPress and WooCommerce.

    One sticking point is we need our e-commerce system to apply sales tax according to State requirements with regard to the Florida Discretionary Sales Surtax. Every county in Florida has a different rate that gets added on to the fixed state sales tax rate. The rate that gets applied is decided by the county of origin of the order.

    I am unable to find a WordPress/WooCommerce plug-in that would handle this as needed. I am posting on this forum to inquire if anything exists that I haven’t found and/or to find out if there is anyone here that is willing/able to develop this plug-in and how much you would charge for the effort.

    Any assistance anyone can provide on this matter will be appreciated.
