floding with “layerswp userdefined CSS updated”

    Brand new stream installation on quite new WordPress is overfloading Stream with
    “layerswp” userdefined CSS updated. As in 1-2 times a second 🙁

    I did update CustomCSS some times yesterday, but today I have not touched custom CSS.

    Is it an error in Stream?
    Is something triggering, that I can fix?

    I had 0 posts, and the “customized CSS” was related to Posts.
    For testing I did create a single draft post – and the floading stopped.
    It may be an error with Stream, that it goes crazy, if there are no posts…?
