    Hello,

This plugin used to work great for few months, but then, probably after few updates it has stopped to work. The floating buttons displayed but don’t work.
When trying to click, in Chrome console I can see the following errors:
[Intervention] Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/features/6662647093133312

I have tried to enable “Load Javascript files in footer”, but then it disable few features of my theme. I believe there is some JS conflict. I’m using Ark Theme.

I contacted with Ark developer and they told me that to contact this plugin developer for solution.

Can you suggest any solution for it?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Which version of the plugin are you using? If you are using JS minify at your website, you would like to disable it just to check if that makes any difference.

Thank you! that was the problem.
I disable JS minify option in the cache plugin and now it returned to work well.
    Thanks for the great support!

Great. You can try excluding wp-content/plugins/sassy-social-share/public/js/sassy-social-share-public.js file from JS minify instead of disabling JS minify.
