Hi,
You can try enabling Sassy Social Share - Floating widget from Appearance > Widgets page in the admin area, in a widget area that is present on the web pages where you want to show the icons. That widget area could be Footer too. Floating bar will appear at the position that you choose in the options of the widget, even if the widget is placed in the footer. After this, you would like to disable all the page groups from Placement option in Floating Interface section at the plugin options page in the admin panel, to avoid multiple floating bars.
