Floating contact tab- green

Hello,

At one point I had downloaded a plug-in that featured a floating contact tab, it was on the right side of the page and looked very clean and professional, was green and a bit elongated. I have since gotten rid of that plug-in (customer didn’t like it) and cannot remember which plug-in it was!

I have a new customer that is hoping for that exact thing. I have tried slick contact forms, which isn’t very slick looking IMHO.

Anybody out there know which contact plug-in I’m referring to?
