    Floating button does not work on iphone

    Hello!

    The floating button does not work on IOS, I have already tried on 3 devices and nothing, on android everything is fine but on iphone it only sends you to the WhatsApp installer.

    In my case the home page does not work, but in the product pages it does.

    I repeat on iphone home page mobile version

    I am facing the same issue, I hope there is fix. It works on my laptop, but doesnt on my iPhone. Great plugin though

    Thanks for using the plugin and really sorry for the inconvenience.
    I’m still inspecting this issue because some users have reported the same.
    I have tested it again and again on my end, and it’s working perfectly on my iPhone up until now.
    It’s mainly because if you use a cache plugin, there’s a chance that wp_is_mobile function (function used on the plugin to detect mobile devices) is not working properly (a cache plugin might blocks it), so the base URL from web.whatsapp.com (on a desktop browser) will not be redirected into api.whatsapp.com (on mobile devices) as it should.

    Please be patient as the fix will be coming in the next update.

    Thank you for taking our concerns into account. It is working better, now we get a message to choose which whatsapp one wants to open if it is normal or business, THAT’S GOOD !.

    But there is a bug, remove the favicon from the theme, I have already tried it. Fix it please
