Will the floating bar stick to footer as it behaves in the example link I pasted?
Also, can we put text, email form and submit button all in one bar?
Yes, it will stick to the bottom of your page. And yes, you can put text email form and submit button in the bar. You can also change colors and fonts.

please tell me steps to add text to the floating bar in addition to subscribe button.
You can simply go to our dashboard and create a new opt-in form. Then on the “Design” step, you’ll get to change the text and button.
