 * Do you an idea to fix the wrapped positioning of the featured images for usage
   with Outlook / Internet Explorer? In gmail it looks ok.

 * I’m not sure, I’ve not tested the output much, other than adding the image via
   HTML, it has very little CSS, only for alignment.
 * When adding to Mailchimp, I’ve added CSS to change it:
 *     ```
       <style type="text/css">.rss-content img {
       padding: 0px 10px 0px 0px; float: left;
       }
       </style>
       ```
   
 * but it’d vary, I’m not sure if Outlook/IE renders it the same way, I’ve heard
   that most of the email programs end up using tables to display HTML emails, so
   that might need to be added to the HTML. I’ll have to dig into this more sometime.
