flickr plugin with images AND descriptions?

Is there anyway I can grab my flickr images similiar to flickr manager (http://tgardner.net/wordpress-flickr-manager/) which allows me to click on one of my flickr images and inserts it into my post but along with the image it’ll copy my description for the image and insert it as well? I can’t seem to find a flickr plugin that’ll do so.
