Flickr album content to WP posts

I hope I’ve searched long enough to be allowed to ask the following question…-)

Is it possible to “import” all pictures of a Flickr folder/set to individual WP posts (one per pic) with the EXIF date (if given) becoming the post date, and further EXIF data optionally being displayed under the picture in WP?

I know how to do that manually with Flickr’s send to blog function (and then editing post date in WP), but this is quite a job when it comes to over 700 pictures…-)

The challenge is to fill http://www.BenedictHeil.de with the pics from this Flickr folder: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mheil/sets/738294/

Might it be feasible to add to or to mod Flickr Gallery 0.7 to achieve this?
