    I installed this free plugin on a client site. I then ran into a configuration issue getting the plugin to work right, due to my own user error.

    The support team delivered fantastic support over a number of email exchanges. Their support was detailed, friendly, and empathetic. Their emails included links, screenshots, and easy-to-understand steps to follow.

    I was really impressed with how professional and engaged their support team was. Highly recommend both the plugin and the team behind it.
