 * Good Morning,
 *  I just launched 2 wordpress websites ([http://www.sensationalevents.com](http://www.sensationalevents.com))
   and ([http://www.sedonaweddingplanner.com](http://www.sedonaweddingplanner.com))
   and the form only works with a subject. I see in your sample that you do not
   have one. I prefer the format of my sensationalevents.com site including the
   calendar option – NOT the sedonaweddingplanner.com site. Can you help me figure
   this out so that the form fits the look of the site and functions well.
 * Thank you,
 * Amy
