Flexi Quote available only on a single page?

Is it possible to use the plugin in multiple widgets on different pages? For example, I have multiple sidebars and want the quote rotator to appear on every page of the website, but not all pages have the same sidebar. Once it’s added to a widget, it disappears from the list.
