Correct @deeperlook. It charges a flat base fee, then only adds the extra shipping fee (in my case it was $2) for each additional item.
It was WELL worth the cost compared to the big time costs of the standard Woocommerce plugins.

I purchased the plugin but I can’t work out how to set the extra shipping fee for each addition item? I’ve read through the Help page and looked through the so cold help forum with no luck. Is there any chance yuou could you post a screen shot or a short set of instructions of your success?
