Flat rate shipping not working.

    I am using the latest version of Wp ecommerce – I have my city and zip code set correctly. I have Flat Rate shipping and the general shipping enabled tabs checked. I’ve set the 48 states options to 30.00. On the product I have the shipping set to Local Shipping Fee 30.00

    No matter what I do the shipping always shows 00.00 (zero) I have tried every variation on the information above. I have searched the documentation for any INFO on basic shipping settings. And can’t find anything

    Can anyone help?
