# Flash Uploader Security Error

 * Hey Guys,
    The flash uploader for uploading media has randomly stopped working
   and the browser uploader does not seem to add images to posts anymore. When I
   try to upload an image using the flash uploader I get a Security error in red
   text appear on the screen. The browser uploader seems to work in the adding new
   media menu but not when trying to add images to a post. I have deleted wp-admin
   and wp-includes uploaded them again still got the same problem.
 * Any Suggestions?

 * Have you locked down your wp-admin with a .htpasswd? Do you know if your host
   installed/changed mod_security rules?
