Flash intro for WP website.

Hi,

I have created a website in WP. But, there is a problem now. The client wants the flash intro to apprear as soon as someone enters the website URL. Also there should be link at the bottom to skip it. When skipped, it should redirect to main website. is there any way i can do this in Wp??? Plz help.
