Flash header

Hello!
I’m new to WP and I want to use a Flashbased header and navigation-menu and now I’m trying to find out how to do this. Is there anyone here that can give me some advice on how to do this. How do I link the menu buttons to the different pages? Is there a plugin to embed flash in WP or should I embed flash directly in to the templates? Can anyone help me?
