    I've been banging around on this one as well for a while, but finally got it to work on my site. I'm just having a small problem with IE (go figure).

    Use this code: http://geoffism.com/space/flashcode/header.html

    I inserted it at the bottom of header.php.

    Make the noted changes to your CSS doc as well.

    Good Luck!

    install flash fader.
    activate it in the plugin menu.
    go to the manage link in the admin menu.
    set up and upload photos.
    go to presentation>theme editor and click on header.php
    <!-- Flashfader -->

    <?php include (ABSPATH.'wp-content/flashfader/flashfaderhtml.txt'); ?>

    <!-- /Flashfader -->
    into the file after <body> and see where it shows up on the page.

    I'm good to go on Firefox, but on IE, its a no-show. I've added the transparent tags and everything, still doesn't work in IE.
