The positive:
SpatialMatch is an overall great desktop IDX search tool. It contains a vast array of options, which gives the agent flexibility when it comes to creating unique custom maps. Furthermore, SpatialMatch allows one to map out restaurants, places of worship, schools, golf courses, etc, in real time, with the ability to set a desired distance, via the Lifestyle gadget. For the agent, this means clients spend more time on website. For the client, this tool is a great way to display favorite Lifestyles nearby their area of interest.
The negative:
SpatialMatch is a flash based platform, thus, it’s not going to be supported by mobile devices that do not posses flash capable browsers. Having said that, they have recently released a mobile solution for their WordPress clients.
