 * I am using flash for a header and if the users browser is scaled too small when
the page loads the header will be above the menu. If the user resizes the browser
the flash header then jumps behind the menu like it shoud. To se what’s going
   on check here:

Any help or answers as to why this is happens would be great!

 * Putting aside the fact that it is Flash you are in the same position as anyone
with a fixed width (quite wide) head graphic. Fitting it into the default index
requires a little reworking of the CSS positioning in both index.php and wp-layout.
   css.
The [Gemini Interface ](http://www.atthe404.com/wordpress) might give you
some ideas about how that might be done. HTH.
