Flags not Appearing and translations issue

Hi,

I’m using following code in my theme header section after having your plugin installed.

<?php if(function_exists(“transposh_widget”)) { transposh_widget(array(), array(‘title’ => ‘Language’, ‘widget_file’ => ‘flags/tpw_flags_css.php’)); }?>

But I wornder that no matter what widget_file name I choose according to your this page instructions the flags do not appear however only drop down appears.

Please check the issue and let me know what could be the problem.

Secondly I have some static text in my theme page I want to translate them. I have not found any way or method that could translate my menues or my page static texts or the page dynamic texts. Please let me know how it works.
