Fixing wp-login.php failed

    That sounds like a permission issue. Maybe you file-system permissions do not allow the the web-server user (usually apache or www-data) to modify files on your website.

    You can try modifying the permissions on that file through your control panel or using an FTP client.

    the directory of quarantine was not on 777.
