Hello and thank you for reading,

I am trying to update the page header logo that is currently on this landing page.

I want to insert an updated logo but cannot figure out what size dimensions it should be in order for it to work while maintaining its resolution.

Right now, I have a number of different sizes for the new logo but whatever size I insert (ranging from 1192 X 181 to 543 X 83 to 261 × 41), the page header is unable to feature the complete logo without cutting off huge portions of it, or it becoming blurry. I”m unclear how to fix this.

I don’t understand if it’s a coding issue, or something having to do with the image size itself. Or does this have to do with changing image size numbers in the media setting of wordpress?

I greatly appreciate any constructive feedback on this problem. It’s something I’ve got to fix.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • For both a logo and a header image, the theme sets some height and width sizes in the theme code, for the upload process to use (like for cropping and showing in the prompt).
So you should ask in your theme’s support forum for the best way to produce the size you prefer. (The theme really should document the sizes it uses.)

Thank you, @joyously for responding. We had a third party vendor create our website and our theme. If the theme sets certain height and width size restrictions then I’d need for the vendor to fix that. I’ve gone ahead and reached out to our vendor.

Thank you. This was an image resizing issue and has been fixed.
