Fixing H4Ck3D By SA3D HaCk3D Hack

Hello,
One of my sites with an admin user name has been hacked by H4Ck3D By SA3D HaCk3D. I was planning on changing the username (as I’ve done with my other two sites) but I was too late. Anyone know an easy way (I’m not too versed in html) to get rid of this. I changed the username and password.
