# fixed yet?

 * On October 28th this plugin caused wordpress to stop working and I had to disable
   it. this is documented with my host and I submitted a support issue (I did not
   follow up with all the rigamarole entailed in getting an answer) I was able to
   use the backup and restore feature but I had to transfer the file using file 
   manager instead of using your interface. Let me know if this sounds familiar 
   with other users? Are we good to go? I love your plugin!

 * Thank you for reporting the issue and giving us opportunity to get to the bottom
   of this issue and help you resolve it, although it might not be due to our plugin.
 * Backup Migration plugin doesn’t make any changes on the website. There also wasn’t
   any update of the plugin recently, I am completely sure that our plugin alone
   did not cause that on your site.
 * My wild guesses could be that other plugin caused the issue, sometimes security
   plugins can go wild like that, maybe some other. You can test that on a [staging/test site](https://tastewp.com/),
   by disabling all plugins but Backup Migration, then enabling others, one by one.
   It could also be that some malicious activity is present on your site.
 * If you were unable to upload the backup file via the plugin interface, it may
   also be that a security plugin is blocking some features. You can easily test
   this by temporarily disabling the security plugin.
 * We can only look up for issues, if you share a debug log:
 * Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options
   and click on the button:
   Share debug info with BackupBliss team
