    Great theme! It has just about all of the features that I'm looking for, except a fixed sidebar. Is there a way to make the sidebar fixed as one scrolls down the page (especially useful with infinite scroll enabled)? I am making edits in a child theme and so am comfortable playing around with code... just as long as I know what I need to do. :-) Thanks.

  2. Hi there, adding this to a Writr child theme fixed the sidebar for me:

    #masthead {
    	position: fixed;

    Let me know how it goes!

  3. p.s. that only works if there are no widgets in the sidebar. :-)

    Thank you! It works and serves my purposes just fine. I sacrifice a few widgets, but they aren't as crucial as the navigation menu.

    Thanks again. I appreciate it.

    Kathryn hi
    where to add this code to?

    #masthead {position: fixed;}

    is custom menu considered as a sidebar widget?

  6. where to add this code to?

    An easy way to add custom CSS is to install the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You'll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that'll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.

    As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.

    is custom menu considered as a sidebar widget?

    Unless you're adding it to your site via a custom menu widget, it's not a widget.

  7. orazulay - if you need further help, could you please start a new thread, since this one is almost a year old and already marked as resolved. Thanks.
