Fixed Price only Option for Products in Free version?

I am looking at the plugin for a non profit so we are hoping to use the free version (although will purchase if needed). We are hoping to offer the products in a drop down. This doesn’t seem to be available but in the documents it doesn’t say it’s only available in premium.

Is this the case?
