 * I’ve made a childtheme of Twenty Thirteen and want to customize it.
 * I want a fixed navigation bar at the top. My inspiration is:

 * I’m not a pro and I want to save money making a website for my company:
    [Poetic Peace Productions](http://poeticpeaceproductions.com/)
 * The first problem is when I scroll. When the text gets to the menu bar its above
   the navigation and I can’t click on the buttoms!
 * How do I make the navigation above all?
