fixed image when scrolling down

Hi, I am trying to setup a fixed image in the sidebar that will not move when i scroll up and down, you can see an example there: http://www.ryanbrenizer.com/
he has one which says story teller. problem solver, you’ll see it as you scroll down.
can anyone help me find the correct plugin?
