Fixed Header in TwentyTwelve Child theme

  • I would like my header to stay fixed at the top of the page while the rest of the content scrolls up. Is there a way to do this in Twenty Twelve? I have created a child theme.

Don’t do that, unless you have modified the header to be something like 20px or 50px height.

The default header area of 2012 is around 200px, if you make it fixed users will have very narrow viewport left for the content.
