[Resolved] Fixed Column Width

  • Hello Tobias,

    I am trying to add Extra CSS classes to a table, but when I put in the code, as mentioned in your documentation, I am getting the following error:

    “The entered value in the ‘Extra CSS classes’ is invalid”

    Here’s a snippet of the code I am using:

    .tablepress .column-2 {
    	width: 200px;
    }

    Is there something that I am doing wrong? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    The reason for the error is that you are entering the code in the wrong place. This is not an “extra CSS class”, but “Custom CSS” code. It therefore needs to be pasted into the big textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Works Perfect. Thanks for the quick response!
