 * Hello. Can anyone tell me how to add a grey fixed bar at the bottom of WordPress
   like on [http://www.wpbeginner.com/](http://www.wpbeginner.com/) to promote links
   and other stuff? IS it a plugin or a jQuery trick.
 * Please help.
