 * Had eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content in
   Google PageSpeed Insights, now its fixed and my score is 99!!!
 * Have now tested it with over 50 sites running Genesis Framework and also some
   with Elegant Themes and even 2 sites with WPML multi-linqual sites and everything
   works fine.
