Do you mean you edited a THEME file? Then you’ll have to upload a fresh copy of the file you edited. The file editor in WordPress has no revision or version control.
And since you’re using a commercial theme (Xtra theme), we’re unfortunately unable to help you with this. Please reach out to the vendor you purchased the Xtra theme from for help.

Good luck!
An issue that arises after an update is more likely to be a theme or plugin issue. Always try to take back WordPress before updating it to the new version.
You can follow this doc here about how to roll back the WordPress version using FileZilla here
I hope this will work out for you!

Even when I change to a different format
And how do I access the template via FTP?

Then what?

Again, I’m not sure what you mean by “template”.
But I’m seeing the Visual Composer plugin’s shortcodes all over your website. That would suggest that the plugin is not active, or is otherwise broken… and that’s where I’d check first.
If by “template” you meant THEME (I’m saying this for the second time), then:
1) Please follow the link given by ambikesh021 to install an FTP software (if you don’t have one already) and use it to connect to your hosting account. For the FTP connection credentials, please contact your host.
2) Once you’re able to make a successful connection, you’ll find your Xtra theme’s directory here: wp-content/themes/xtra/
3) From here on, you can replace any theme file you edited. Note that you need to match the location of the original file: if the original file is in a subfolder within the extra theme’s folder… but you a new one to the root of the extra theme’s folder, this isn’t going to work.
If this all sounds too much for you, kindly get in touch with your website hosting provider to see if they can restore a backup of your site for you.
Good luck!
