  • Hello,

It seems the page URL you provided is not accessible. It is giving me an error that the site can’t be reached.

It is possible to share a screenshot to get more visibility on the issue you are facing?

    Thank you!

@kartiks16: The page likely works, but the site blocks visitors from certain countries. That’s likely why you were not able to see the page.

And that’s why I didn’t respond earlier — leaving it in the “Topics with no replies” queue for other volunteers in allowed countries to handle it. (Of course, a simple VPN bypasses such geo-blocks… but I prefer to respect the expressed intentions of site owners.)

Thanks Kartik and George, thats correct, we had trouble around early this year from malicious website attacks, so different security policies are in place like geo block.

I am new to wordpress support is there any way to share a screenshot?

If you have an email address happy to send one across :).

The forum doesn’t support uploading images directly. In the future, you may upload a screenshot to any public place like https://snipboard.io/ and share the URL here.

In this particular case though, a screenshot doesn’t help at all. It seems you’re using a commercial theme (Avada) — I simply put your URL in an online theme detected to find this — so even if I see the problem in a screenshot, I’ll not be able to install the theme to try to replicate the problem and help you resolve it from the theme’s configuration options.

So I can only help by providing a line or two of custom CSS code to fix the spacing gap you described.

And before I can do that, I need to open the live page in a browser and examine the page’s HTML and CSS in the browser’s developer console and to know what custom CSS code can override the CSS code on the site that’s causing the problem.

But I understand your security concern… so let’s wait and hope someone from an allowed location can step in and help you out.

Or, since this is a commercial theme anyway, you may as well contact your theme’s vendor for help. They built and sold the product and should arguably be in the best position to help.

If you have an email address happy to send one across :).

Please note that this is not allowed here in the forums at all, and is strictly enforced.
