Fix pingbacks and trackbacks from other blogs

The setting states:
Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)

The keyword here is other.

I write multi part articles on my blog and link to the other parts of the same article series. Whenever I save my article, it’ll send pingbacks to the other articles I have created on the same site.

Can we get a new option that disabled trackbacks/pingbacks within the same wordpress blog and only allow trackbacks/pingbacks from other sites?
