    Having issues with recovering a website that was broken by adding simple code from WordPress forum http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-do-i-hide-my-keywords?replies=9 It broke the site immediately:

    .tags {
    display: none;
    }

    We did a restore from a 3 day prior backup and all the images are no longer showing up and Godaddy said it's a WordPress issue, nothing they can restore. I have over 500 images and really would rather no have re-upload all the images...please help? http://www.hottubsspas.ca

    Have you tried reinstalling your theme? Based on the link you provided, it looks like a relatively benign PHP hack of <p><?php the_tags(); ?></p>. This might mess up the page display, but it shouldn't change your media linkages. Reinstalling the theme, or copying fresh copies of the files you modified, would restore the files.

    Regarding the CSS you posted above, that too would not effect images. Unless the images were wrapped in class="tags" references. Oh, and I tried the link you provided. I see images fine. So, this might just be a caching issue in your browser.

    Thanks Chris, tried all of the above. Just started from scratch with a new theme and re-designing and uploading images unfortunately. Let's just hope it works out for the better in the end. ;)

    Cheers
