Fix for ‘Load more comments’ not working when persistent cache is used

Here’s a fix for the ‘Load More comments’ button loading the same comments over and over again when a persistent cache layer like Redis or Memcached is used. Description of cause of the problem and approach used to fix it is in the comments.

While this is not a patch but a plugin for end users it should be trivial to use it and patch wpDiscuz code.

If possible please include the fix in the next release.
