Fix "Core Calendar Themes are out of date"

    Hello,
    I’m getting the “Core Calendar Themes are out of date” and if I click on the auto-update it takes me to the Connection Proprieties screen, but because I’m on localhost and my server is not reachable from outside,
    how can I update the themes without using the auto-update function of wordpress? Where I can find them?
