    I’ve been using Salon Booking to manage my spa business for more than five years, and I can honestly say it is one of the most complete appointment booking plugins available for WordPress.

    The plugin is powerful, flexible and reliable, and it has allowed us to build a professional online booking experience for our customers. Throughout these years it has become an essential part of our daily business.

    One thing I especially appreciate is the team’s responsiveness. During the Norwegian localization process I translated more than 2,600 strings, tested several versions in a live environment, and reported translation and localization issues. The Salon Booking Team not only accepted the translations but also implemented several suggestions that improved the localization system itself. That level of support and willingness to improve the product is something you don’t see very often.

    The plugin offers an impressive number of features while still allowing customization through hooks, filters and small MU-plugins when needed. This has made it possible for us to tailor the booking experience to our business without modifying the core plugin.

    No software is perfect, and I have suggested a few additional improvements for future releases, but the team has always been open to feedback and continues to improve the plugin.

    The Norwegian localization work you did — more than 2,600 strings, tested on a live site, plus the suggestions that made the translation system better — helped every salon that uses the plugin in Norwegian. That is not a small contribution, and we are grateful you stayed with it.

    We also like that you could shape the booking flow with hooks, filters and small MU-plugins instead of editing the core. That is how we want the product to work: yours to run, ours to maintain.
