• I am most impressed with all of the capabilities of Tickera that I’ve used so far, except that our audience were having issues downloading tickets. After some considrable time spent trying to identify and fix the problem, I reported it to Tickera – fixed in a few hours, as was another minor formatting glitch.
    One problem was caused by a WordPress optimisation setting, and one by an incompatibility with the WordPress theme, so neither issue was actually a Tickera bug, yet both were correctly diagnosed and a fix provided in record time. Should have asked sooner!
