# First time WordPress

 * I would like to create my own website, never did it before, so reading and searching
   all relevant. The webhosting service have option for CMS system and WordPress
   is one of them.
 * As I said, I have never done it before, but since I have made my mind to do it,
   really like to know how will I use WordPress plugin and theme? I would like to
   have website in two languages. How would it going to support WP?
 * Is there tutorial, how to use WordPress plugin or themes?
