First time login, "blocked" error message

Installed WordPress tonight, but when I try to log in with my username and password, all I get is a blank page with the message “Blocked” at the top. What do I do? I use the Norwegian (nynorsk) version. A previous thread on the same topic could not help me, as the file that needed renaming there (wordpress-easy-slides) is nowhere to be found in my directory. Halp?
