First time load not https

Hi,

I have an SSL cert installed on my site, and I am using the plugin Really Simple SSL.

The issue that I have is that on the first load of the website, the site is not displaying in https, if I click any buttons and navigate between the pages, the rest of the site will be in https, including if I navigate back to the index page.

How can I get the initial load of the website to also show https content without having to navigate between other pages
