First time access is so slow

    Hi,

    I am using Astra theme and even though i am getting very good scores on google page speed (97-98) and gtmetrix , the website is loading very slow when trying on first access, then is quite fast. I do not know what else to do. I am on a shared hosting plan on whc canada.
