First table on page not displaying

Hello,

I’m having an issue in which the comment link, social share icons, tags and categories are not displaying at the bottom of the first post on my homepage. They display for a split second when I first visit, then disappear. They are showing on the posts below, and I see them when I go to the individual post page for the first post.

To add to the weirdness of this, they DO display when I visit the homepage in incognito mode or a private browsing window.

I’m seeing the same thing on mobile and on other computers in my office. I tried deactivating a few of the plugins that I thought might be contributing, but to no avail.

I’m also having an issue in which the first table in my post doesn’t display in preview, but the ones below do. When I publish the post, the issue is resolved. The issue is also resolved in incognito mode.

Any thoughts?! I looked at the source code and can’t find anything out of the ordinary. I’m using a Twenty Thirteen child theme.
