Support » Fixing WordPress » First post (only) image overlapping Header slider

  • Please see this website:

    I am not able to figure out why the images in the first post are overlapping the slider.
    I tried playing with the margin css for “entry-content” and “entry-title”, and it works; but it only fixes the first post, and distorts the rest of them.

    I’m using “easy rotator” for my slider. Does this affect anything since it is not the default slider that comes with the theme (which is Catchbox)?

    What could I be missing??

    Also, does anyone know the code to restricting the header slider and images to show up ONLY on the front/landing page of the site?

  • It looks the the problem is this CSS code:

    #fanlove img {
        float: right;
        margin-top: -395px;
        position: relative;
        margin-right: 5%;

    try deleting this code, or delete the margin-top line.

    (@boab81) thanks so much!! That fixed the problem! ^^
