First post ever!

Hello everyone. What I am trying to do is allow my users to keep a journal. It should be able to be added to periodically and also be viewable in it”s entirety (maybe even printable). Oh and once submitted it should also be able to be emailed to their coach ( a field created in s2member). Here is the code I made on the journal page. Can do everything but figure out how to make it so it is saved. Tried fopen, $wpdb insert, etc. It must have something to do with just doing everything through custom php in the actual post. Please help! Here is the disgusting code I currently have. Try not to puke!

that darn $wpdb->query doesn’t seem to do anything.

Also please don’t hack me if I put to much info.
