 * Quick question, what does this plugin check against to see if it’s the first 
   order for customer? Email, Billing address, Shipping address etc?

 * The plugin checks against billing email. The free version checks use of this 
   email for this coupon. The pro version has advanced validation on checkout if
   a user has placed any order using this billing email.
